Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Orders placed before 4 PM (Monday - Friday) will be processed the same day whenever possible.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • The Vapourist is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact the shipping carrier for updates.
  • If you have concerns about a lost or stolen package, reach out to our customer support.
  • We will not resend items if the customer enters the address incorrectly.
