Thank you for shopping with The Vapourist. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns for sealed and unused items if they are returned within 30 days of purchase along with proof of purchase.
  • Used items without a fault cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you simply do not like or get on with a product, this is not considered a fault and will not qualify for a return or refund.

Faulty Items & Warranty

  • If an item is found to be faulty, we will attempt to repair or replace the item up to three times before issuing a refund.
  • If we are unable to fix or replace the faulty item after three attempts, a refund will be processed.
  • Proof of purchase is required for any faulty item claims.
  • We offer a 60-day warranty on our products. Any faults that arise after this period must be directed to the manufacturer.
  • USB port damage and liquid damage are not covered under our warranty.
  • You may be able to obtain a longer warranty directly from the manufacturer, but you must contact them yourself for further assistance.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at team@thevapourist.co.uk or call 01246 453 880 to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details about the issue.
  3. If eligible, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.
  4. Returns must be sent in their original packaging where applicable.
  5. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after return approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a refund is approved after multiple repair attempts, it will cover the cost of the product only.

Exchanges

  • Faulty items will be repaired or replaced before a refund is considered.
  • Used items that are not faulty cannot be exchanged for another product.
